The September 2011 issue of Wired magazine features a full-page interview with Jerry Yudelson, in which he’s featured as the “Godfather of Green.” The interview deals with Yudelson’s views about the future of Zero Net Energy homes, which he views as the next major trend in homebuilding. Yudelson is the principal and founder of Yudelson Associates, a leading green building and sustainability consultant firm.

Jerry Yudelson is widely recognized as one of the leading green building experts in the United States. On behalf of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), he chaired the Steering Committee for Greenbuild 2004, 2005 and 2006, the largest green building conferences in the world, and he has trained nearly 3,000 people in the LEED rating system. He served on the national board of the USGBC and was a Founding Board Member of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.

Jerry Yudelson will be our speaker for the luncheon keynote, ‘The Water Technology Opportunity in Green Buildings.’ He is the most published author chronicling the green building movement worldwide. In this presentation he will profile some of the opportunities for corporate investment and entrepreneurial potential.
