Imran joined Nanostone in 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility for all outward facing activities of the company including sales, marketing and project execution. Imran is a proven business executive with expertise in implementing successful growth strategies in the water and wastewater technology sector. He gets great satisfaction from being able to play a part in solving the big problems the world faces with a basic need such as water.
Imran previously held executive roles with Koch Membrane Systems and Headworks International. He started his career as a Process Engineer at Lurgi PSI, Inc., where he went on to have roles in project management and business development. He has a strong background in international business including developing and managing commercial teams in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Imran holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
