Mr. Cadwalader leads the Operations team at Opti and is responsible for delivering cutting-edge stormwater management technology to municipalities, utilities, and private landowners. Prior to co-founding Opti, he was a hydrologist and geochemist at Geosyntec Consultants where he led projects involving innovative remediation, data acquisition, and data processing techniques. His scientific career began with chasing and sampling rainstorms — Opti eliminates that need and he couldn’t be happier. Mr. Cadwalader holds an MS and an AB from Dartmouth College in Earth Sciences.
