Fei Chen serves as the Innovation Platform Director within the Grundfos Management A/S. In this position, Fei established a new business area focused on sustainable water treatment. This included business strategy formulation and implementation, as well as organisation framework development.
Through her previous positions, including management at Nonozymes A/S and Coldplast A/S, Fei holds over 15 years of experience in innovation management and general management within many different industries, including biotechnology, food, medical device, renewable and water treatment.
Fei earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from Zhejiang University in China, and has a Ph.D. of Polymer Materials from the Technical University of Denmark. She currently serves as the Chairman of Board for Innovation Network for Environmental Technology in Denmark, and is also a Member of the Board of Directors for Enaqua in San Diego, California.
