Edward Getty, Group Director, Global Research & Technology and Head of External Technology Acquisition at The Coca-Cola Company.
Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1984 and his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Florida at Gainesville, Florida in 1988.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company in April 2008, Ed was a principle architect and key leader of the ‘Connect + Develop’ strategy at P&G. Ed has a decade of experience in building internal and external innovation networks to quickly and efficiently identify potential solutions or solution providers for key technology, consumer, and business needs.
