Kimberly Kupiecki is the Global Leader, Sustainability, Advocacy and Communications for Dupont Water Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for all business communications, developing and implementing sustainability programs and advocacy programs to drive business growth. She is also responsible for developing and achieving sustainability goals for DuPont Water Solutions. Kimberly serves as the Minneapolis Chapter President for The CMO Club and serves on the Advisory Board to the Brave Blue World Foundation.

Prior to joining Dow in 2012, Kupiecki served as vice president and group leader for the Clean Technology public relations practice at Edelman, the largest independent global public relations consulting firm. She has more than 18 years of combined work experience in sustainability, communications and engineering at companies such as Waste Management, Applied Materials, A&R Partners, Edelman, Dow and DuPont. She has patents in Adaptive Temperature Controls and has been published within the clean technology industry. And, she has a successful record counseling a variety of venture-backed startups, mid-sized companies and other large global private and public companies.

Kupiecki earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business.
