Frantz Beznik heads Global R&D Sustainable Innovation at Procter & Gamble, the multinational consumer goods corporation behind brands such as Ariel, Tide, Head and Shoulders, Fairy and Gillette. With more than 20 years of experience at P&G R&D, Frantz is a passionate Innovation Leader with high sustained track-record across multiple categories and P&G iconic brands. In his current role, Frantz’ motto is to “Make Sustainable Irresistible®” to the 5 billion consumers P&G serves around the world. Frantz is leading a global Innovation program called “50L Home” to re-invent urban water consumption after a big ambition: “What if our future Homes could run as low as 50L water per day per person, yet “feel like” 500L”.

In his personal life, Frantz is a competitive tennis player, a passionate soccer player, now aiming to cross-ski the Mont Blanc after his last expedition at the Mont Paradisio at 4100m altitude.
