Daly Wettermark is a Product Development Owner at Xylem for the Taron Activated Sludge Filter technology. She grew up in coastal Alabama, where complex ecosystems and water recreation sparked her desire to support climate change resilience. Daly completed a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at MIT in 2019 and then joined Xylem through the Engineering Leadership Development Program. Daly is also an organizer with Xylem’s global youth program Xylem Ignite, water nonprofit Moonshot Missions, and climate advocacy groups.
