Alistair Wyness joined BP as the Group Water Expert in October 2011, following over 25 years in consultancy. This is a position within the Environmental and Social Responsibility Team in Group Safety & Operational Risk, based in Sunbury. Alistair’s role focuses on a wide range of activities to more fully understand and manage the business risk related to water and wastewater management, including the progression of a group wide water strategy on water management and in advising operations and projects in applying technically and financially attractive water management solutions. Alistair chaired the IPIECA Water Working Group from 2013-17.
