BlueTech Research is delighted to welcome CDP as a distinguished media partner for BlueTech Forum 2018. The alliance marks the second consecutive year of a successful partnership between the companies and aims to further advance the discussion on water stewardship among the leading corporate end-user companies present at the Forum.

Commenting on the partnership, Christina Copeland, Senior Manager, Water Security at CDP, said – “CDP’s water program welcomes the opportunity to continue our partnership with BlueTech Forum. We’re confident that corporate participation in the Forum will increase action towards water security, by sharing the latest innovations and best practices in water management.”

As part of the partnership, Ms. Copeland will moderate the End-User Innovation Needs roundtable discussion, together with Will Sarni, Founder at Water Foundry. The session will feature a variety of large corporates and utilities, including Walmart, L’Oreal, P&G, Microsoft, Nestle, PepsiCo, Unilever, Metro Vancouver, Barrick Gold and more.

CDP will also join the roundtable “In the Blue”, moderated by Emilio Tenuta, VP of Corporate Sustainability, Ecolab, and focus on exploring the ways to get the companies to a state where circular solutions are implemented across operations.

CDP, formerly Carbon Disclosure Project, is an international non-profit that drives companies and governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, safeguard water resources, and protect forests. CDP’s water security program motivates companies to disclose and reduce their environmental impacts by using the power of investors and customers. CDP’s annual “Water A list” marks the world’s businesses leading on water stewardship and included 74 companies in 2017, some of which will be present at the BlueTech Forum.
