Desalitech have an innovative low energy desalination technology. The system uses a closed circuit desalination system in which the pressures is gradually increased as the salinity in the concentrate is increased. By only increasing the pressure as the salinity increases, the average pressure throughout the cycle is lower than in a conventional system.
