Dr. Cathy Liu is a Senior Manager at Kemira. She is heading the Global Development for Digital and Advanced Water Treatment solutions at Kemira. She has 10 years of experience in academia and 5 years in industry. Her experience in the industry ranges from innovation management, corporate strategy, and new business incubation. She has worked in Europe, Asia and is currently based in Munich, Germany. She is passionate about digital solutions as an enabler to achieve sustainable development in the water industry.
She holds a PhD in Material Science, an Executive MBA focusing on M&A, and multiple executive educations in digital strategy, circular economy and sustainability.
