Sean Mulligan is the founder and CEO of VorTech Water Solutions. Having focused his PhD on the deep research field of vortex flows and hydraulic infrastructure, Sean subsequently went on to develop Vortex Powered Aeration, a new class of innovative, energy efficient wastewater treatment technology which is the basis of the VorTech startup. Sean is currently responsible for customer and partner engagement, commercial operations as well as strategic initiatives for the company’s scientific and technological innovation.
