As the head of Kemira’s commercial operations for Industry & Water in the Americas, Michael Cavallero and his team support the regions’ water utilities and water-intensive industries with chemistry and digital innovations that address challenges related to urbanization, climate change, and demand for more sustainable solutions. He has a proven record of success leading the sales organization, delivering the strategy in the region, and maintaining strong customer focus.
Cavallero joined Kemira in 2006. He has held several positions including product management, applications and sales roles. Prior to joining Kemira, he managed North American sales for Cytec. He has more than 25 years of experience in the chemical industry.
