Rick Warner, President of Warner and Associates, helps communities solve complex water supply resilience, recycling, and sustainability challenges. Mr. Warner’s professional expertise focuses on partnering, collaborating, intentionality, visioning, strategic planning, and program management.

Rick has served in water leadership positions as an enthusiastic leader, including Co-Founder of Partnering for Impact, Water Environment Federation President, Water Research Foundation Director, and Co-Founder of the Nevada Water Innovation Institute.

Mr. Warner received B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is the recipient of the James G. Scrugham Medal, recognizing distinguished alumni of the College of Engineering. Rick is also a recipient of the U.S. National Advocacy Achievement Award from the WateReuse Association.
