Mr. Robert Wright is a registered professional engineer with almost 50 years of work experience in the fields of water and wastewater treatment systems. His employment has been both in the government and private sectors. He is the author of over 20 technical publications. Mr. Wright is currently a partner of Watervap, LLC, a licensing technology firm specializing in desalination. He is the inventor of a recently US patented desalination process owned by his company. In 2006 he was the winner of the Dow Jones/General Electric the Environmental Business Plan competition. Mr. Wright received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Missouri Science and Technology University, a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from Washington University, and a Master of Science degree in hydraulic engineering from Georgia Tech.
