Eddie Wrigley is an Innovation Facilitator with Northumbrian Water Group, focussed on developing and supporting the company’s innovation culture and identifying promising new ideas and technologies. Before joining the water industry he worked in a variety of team manager and leadership positions covering materials engineering, business support, sustainable development, performance and knowledge management. As an experienced facilitator of Design Sprints and creative problem solving workshops he believes that for every challenge, in every sphere of life there’s a creative solution waiting to be discovered.
