Kelly Sarber is Vice President of MaxWest Environmental Systems, a company with the first commercially operating gasification system that converts the energy from sewage sludge (biosolids) into sustainable, green power at wastewater treatment plants.
In her twenty five year career, Kelly has developed projects worth a cumulative value of over two billion dollars, many still operating today. Her projects include waste-to-energy plants, wastewater and fresh water treatment facilities, solid waste landfills, renewable energy projects and recycling facilities. Prior to joining MaxWest, Kelly helped to build Synagro Technologies into the largest public company in the biosolids industry taking the company from no revenues to over three hundred million nationally. Synagro was sold to The Carlyle Group in 2008 for over $700 million and taken public.
Kelly has double degrees in Economics and Political Science from UCLA, a MBA from the University of Colorado and completed Post Graduate work at The Harvard Business School.
