Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Cancellations received in writing by O2 Environmental before May 25, 2012 will receive a refund, less an administration charge equal to 20% of the registration fee paid. Thereafter, refunds are not available. Please contact Joy O’Neill for more information at joy.oneill@o2env.com.
